    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    A fully-equipped Gymnasium located on the 18th floor opens daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm. In addition, there is a swimming pool and a kids’ pool.

    Is internet access provided?

    Complimentary high-speed internet access is available throughout the property.

    What is the check-in time?

    The check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards.

    What is the check-out time?

    The check-out time is at 12pm. Should you require a late check-out, kindly check with our Client Relations Supervisor.

    What time is breakfast served?

    6:30am to 10.30am

    What are the available dining options?

    Our all-day dining restaurant, which operates from 6:30am to 11:00pm offers a range of choice, from Western to Chinese, and of course, local Malaysian favourites.

    In-room dining service is also available for guests to dine in the comfort of their room via Room Service.

    Are laundry services provided?

    What are the type of beds provided?

    We have rooms with Super King Bed (200cm x 200cm), King Bed (200cm x 180cm), Queen Bed (200cm x 150cm) and Twin Bed (200cm x 100cm).

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.

    All our rooms are built with no floor drop within the unit. And we have two bedrooms with special features and amenities to cater to our wheelchair-bound guests.

    What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

    In general, our apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons depending on the room category.

    There is a strict adherence to the number of guests in each room type as recommended under the Health & Safety regulations.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies may vary by reservations type. Guests are required to cancel their room reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

    Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the premises of the property.
